This Privacy Policy explains how Neonic Gaming Ltd ("Neonic", "we", "our", or "us"), a company incorporated in Malta with its registered office in Floriana, Malta, processes personal data when you visit www.neonicgaming.com (the "Site") or otherwise interact with our B2B services as a prospective or existing operator partner.
This is a B2B website. Our products are sold to and integrated by licensed gambling operators. We do not host or operate consumer-facing gambling services through this website. Player-facing personal data is processed by our operator partners under their own privacy notices.

- when you submit our operator enquiry form (full name, work email, company, market, role, message);
- when you sign in to the Client Hub as an authorised representative of an operator partner (email, password hash, two-factor authentication metadata, session and device data);
- when you communicate with us by email or other channels (the content of your communications and any data you choose to share);
- automatically when you browse the Site (IP address, device and browser data, pages viewed, referrer, approximate location derived from IP, and analytics events).
We do not knowingly collect personal data of children. The Site is intended for business users aged 18 or older.
3. Why we process your personal data and our legal bases
Under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the "GDPR") and the Maltese Data Protection Act, we rely on the following legal bases:

We may share personal data with:
- service providers who process data on our behalf (hosting, email delivery, analytics, customer support tooling, identity verification);
- our group companies (Neonic Group, Neonic Games, Neonic Studio) for the purposes described in this notice;
- professional advisers (lawyers, accountants, auditors) where appropriate;
- competent authorities and regulators where required by law.
We do not sell personal data.
